Supply or Return Air Eggcrate Grilles

Eggcrate grilles are a popular choice in cold air returns, providing maximum air flow back to your system. They can also be used as supply grilles.  Eggcrate registers are offered in Flush Mount and Surface Mount styles.  Flush Mount Eggcrate Grilles are normally used with new flooring installations, but may be installed in existing flooring (time and patience required). Typically, a frame is ordered with the flush mount grille.  The frame sits on the subfloor, and the grille drops into the frame for easy access to the duct for cleaning.  Both the grille and frame are flush with the existing floor. Surface Mount Eggcrate Grilles are normally used with existing flooring and on walls and ceilings.  Surface Mount Grilles sit above the floor 3/8" and drop into the duct 3/8".  All four sides have a round over. All grilles are sold unfinished to offer the versatility of adding the stain and/or finish of your choice.
