Rotogravure Printing Machine Configuration

• 1. Doctor blade: It can be adjusted up and down. Its angle is also adjustable for great flexibility. The pressure of the doctor blade is controlled by dual air cylinder. The motor drives cam to rotate to achieve the transverse movement of the blade. The use of a doctor blade can greatly prolong the service life of printing plates.
• 2. Main transmission mechanism: It adopts a Shenzhen Inovance frequency inverter to control the vector motor, transferring each group of printing plates.
• 3. Shaftless plate mounting device: It involves an air cylinder which pulls the core axis to install printing plates. Transverse adjustment is realized through the movement of the screw. The device helps reduce the time of replacing the printing plates, ensuring the concentricity of plates and thereby improving the quality of product.
• 4. Impression lifting device: Impression adopts dual air cylinder to increase the pressure and uses solenoid valve locking, which provides protection against air leakage of the cylinder or falling of the cylinder due to shutdown. The device helps ensure the equality of pressure and chromatic aberration
• 5. Color registration system: It adopts a computer-controlled synchronous motor to drive ball screw for adjustment through reducing the speed to register color automatically. The use of this system results in high accuracy of color registration.
• 6. Drying and cooling device: The drying device adopts a fully closed oven and an intelligent temperature controller. Returning rollers of cooling device adopts water cooling to ensure the cooling of film.

Features:
1. The main motor adopts frequency inverter to adjust the speed.
2. The receiving and feeding device adopts air shaft, and it adopts reversal dual station manually to finish feeding and receiving materials without stopping the machine.
3. The feeding device adopts magnetic powder tension controller. The traction tension of feeding device adopts domestic automatic tension; the receiving device adopts moment motor, equipped with the light box device.
4. The pressing roller and traction pressing roller adopts dual air cylinder;
5. The scraper moves horizontally, and adopts motor rotation to make the cam move.
6. The vertical registration adopts clutch. The manual horizontal adjustment amount is 30mm.
7. The drying box adopts a centrifugal blower. The oven is enclosed type and the temperature is controlled to adjust. Each oven adopts a centrifugal blower to cool the film, with its speed 70m/min.
8. The material-protecting roller is of high precision, with its surface processed specially, and the roller can be adjusted horizontally.
9. The chassis adopts combined type to increase the stability of the machine .
10. The oven has dual fans installed on the board and the air-circulation and heat-recycle device. The electric quartz tubes are installed averagely in each group of ovens at their blowing mouth to heat .The temperature is controlled by intelligent thermo-controller. Every top oven adopts centrifugal fan to cool the film to assure the cooling of film. Performances: save electric power.
